Pipingo is free, but if you would like to upgrade your account or use any other paid features, the following terms apply:

  1. Our prices shall be as shown on this website
  2. All payments on the website are a one-time-payment unless scpecified otherwise on the service description. By subscribing, you authorize Pipingo to charge your credit card, debit card or other payment method you chose on our website.
  3. Some of our services includes recurring payments (auto-renewed monthly indefinitely until cancelled by you). You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature. You may cancel auto-renewals anytime by yourself on your personal account or by contacting our customer service. THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR PAID MEMBERSHIP WILL BE EFFECTIVE UPON THE EXPIRY OF THE RELEVANT PAID PERIOD AND YOU WILL HAVE FULL ACCESS TO OUR PREMIUM SERVICES UNTIL THAT TIME.
  4. The service provided by this website is instant after payment. Therefore, you cannot cancel a payment (full or partial), Since you already recieved the service you paid for. You are entitled for a refund only acording to these terms:
    A. you didn’t receive the service due to technical problem on our website, or any other problem within our responsibility.
    B. Refund request was no longer from 30 days from the time of the original payment
    C. In case of a refund, The payment will be refunded to you using the original payment method
    D. Cancellation of a payment Shall be determined by "Consumer Protection Law" in the state of Israel.
  5. You cannot receive a partial refund for partial use of a subscription or service. For example: If you purchased 12 months subscription and used only 8 months, you will not receive a refund for the 4 months remaining. We will not refund you for time you didn’t use our service due to any reason that may be.
